The past quarter in engineering we have spent a lot of time in a program called onshape. It is an online CAD program that we were slowly introduced to and have been doing projects in for the last quarter and a half. It allows us to create designs and easily transfer them from paper to the program. We are able to design a lot while in the program and it has many tools that make it possible. This project required thinking and problem solving skills as we spent a lot of time measuring and figuring out how to use all of the tools onshape has to offer. There were a lot and it was slightly overwhelming at first but as we watched video lessons and built things for assignments we were able to understand it overtime. The middle picture was apart of an creative assignment where we could build anything, I built that starfish that while not shown, is 3D. For this project I am most proud of my figuring it all out quickly and my starfish. I was able to pick up the basics of the program easily which allowed me to continue and do harder stuff. The starfish was just a fun creative project and while it was pretty simple, I really though it was funny and it showed what I had figured out so far in the program.
